These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FluxPrint's business card generation service ("Service") operated by FluxPrint ("we," "our," or "us").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.
Description of Service
FluxPrint provides a service that allows users to:
- Connect their X (Twitter) accounts to import profile information
- Generate personalized business card designs using their X profile data
- Customize and preview business card designs
- Order physical business cards through our printing partners
- Manage orders and track shipments
User Accounts and Responsibilities
Account Creation
You must have a valid X (Twitter) account to use our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Create business cards with offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
X (Twitter) Integration
Our Service integrates with X (Twitter) to import your profile information. By using our Service, you acknowledge that:
- We will access your public X profile information as permitted by X's API
- You have the right to use your X profile information for business card creation
- You are responsible for ensuring your X profile content is appropriate and legal
- We are not responsible for any changes X makes to their API or terms
Orders and Payment
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe
- You must provide accurate billing information
- Orders are processed after successful payment
Order Fulfillment
- Business cards are printed and shipped by our partner Canva
- Shipping times vary by location and are estimates only
- You are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses
- Risk of loss passes to you upon shipment
Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of your X profile content. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to use your profile information solely for creating your business cards.
Our Service
The FluxPrint service, including software, designs, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our Service without permission.
Cancellations and Refunds
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they enter production. Once printing has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Refunds are available for orders that have not entered production or for products with manufacturing defects. Refunds are processed through the original payment method.
Quality Issues
If you receive defective products, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Disclaimers and Limitations
Service Availability
We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or other reasons.
Third-Party Services
Our Service relies on third-party providers (X, Canva, Stripe). We are not responsible for their availability, changes to their terms, or any issues arising from their services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FluxPrint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where FluxPrint operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
