How does FluxPrint work?

FluxPrint connects to your X (Twitter) account to automatically import your profile information, including your name, username, bio, and profile picture. We then use this information to create a personalized business card design that you can customize and order for professional printing.

What information do you access from my X account?

We only access your public profile information, including your display name, username, bio, profile picture, and banner image. We do not access your private messages, tweets, or any other private data. You can review our full data usage in our Privacy Policy.

How long does it take to receive my business cards?

Business cards are printed and shipped by our partner Canva. Typical delivery times are:

  • US: 5-7 business days
  • Canada: 7-10 business days
  • Europe: 7-14 business days
  • Other regions: 10-21 business days

These are estimates and actual delivery times may vary based on location and local shipping conditions.

Can I customize my business card design?

Yes! After we generate your initial design using your X profile, you can customize various elements including colors, fonts, layout, and additional information. You'll also have the option to edit your design directly in Canva for more advanced customization.

What if I'm not satisfied with my order?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your business cards. If there are any quality issues or printing defects, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll provide a replacement or full refund. For design changes after printing has begun, we may not be able to offer refunds, so please review your design carefully before placing your order.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! We offer quantity discounts for larger orders. The more cards you order, the lower the per-card cost. You'll see the pricing breakdown when selecting your quantity during the order process. For very large orders (1000+ cards), please contact our support team for custom pricing.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We use Stripe for payment processing, which is one of the most secure payment platforms available. We never store your payment information on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and processed according to industry security standards.

Can I reorder the same design?

Yes! Your order history and designs are saved in your account. You can easily reorder the same design or make modifications to previous orders. This makes it convenient to restock your business cards or order additional quantities.
